Where can i find a cheap, good quality laptop? Any recommendations??

Looking for something that has:
+ decent processing speeds – probably dual core
+ good RAM (1Gig or better)
+ Enough hard drive to hold my photographs – present and future
+ Multimedia facilities as well.
But still be cheap enough for a student (such as myself) to be able to purchase without emptying the bank.
